Van Thursday, October 1st to Sunday, October 4th, 2026 Tubbergen and surroundings in a Large open-air museum for glass art. Visitors can view glass artworks with and of glass, meet artists, attend workshops, watch glassblowing demonstrations, and discover the stories behind the works with guides.

Also at special locations in Northeast Twente, such as: Baasdam Estate, Annemiek Punt Gallery, Huis te Breckelenkamp, Singraven Estate, St. Plechelmus Church in Saasveld, Herinckhave Mansion, Erve De Wieschert, De Huyer Estate, and Erve Volmerinck., In 2026, masterpieces by glass artists will be on display. An impressive contrast in the Pinners stable
Last year I visited GLASRIJK – and one place particularly stuck in my memory: the Pinners farm. In the old barn hung modern screens, on which trucks and dense traffic whizzed by. At the same time, you could also see images of the peaceful, romantic country life of the past. This contrast – the hustle and bustle of today versus the tranquility of yesteryear – perfectly suited this place. The artist Ingrid Kleinsman spoke with great enthusiasm about her work, which further enhanced the impression.
We come every year
We come to GLASRIJK every year. It's a nice tradition for us. We especially like to stay a few days in Tubbergen when the weather is nice. The Eeshof forest is always beautiful. Last year we bought a nice window hanger. At Petra Haarman's jewelry store. We are already looking forward to this year!
Dear Myriam, Thanks again for your efforts and the good organization around Glasrijk, and especially the ‘old windows’ department. It was great to participate. Thanks also for the nice mention in the catalog; I had a nice chat at home with Paul Abels. Glasrijk was impressive, I saw a lot of unexpectedly beautiful art. I was just too late to purchase a stained-glass window, but maybe next time. Compliments also to your board, including Albertjan.
