Be enchanted by the glass artists of GLASRIJK in 2026!

Glass breathes stories. It captures light, breaks boundaries, and connects worlds. From ancient craftsmanship to contemporary art, glass tells stories without words – about makers, dreams, and time. At GLASRIJK, we bring those stories to life every year.

During Glassrijk Tubbergen, from October 1st to October 4th, the largest glass art event in Twente, transforms the village and its surroundings into a large open-air museum for four days.

Admire the refined creative craft of the glass artists, meet them up close, take a workshop, or visit the cinema and experience a live glassblowing demonstration by Hotmarks’ Marc and Tamara Locock in the large tent on the Raadhuisplein in Tubbergen.

The GLASRIJK 2026 Edition is dedicated to “glassware” with the leading artist Frank van den Ham, met exhibitions in the town hall at Raadhuisplein.

Works by top artists will also be exhibited at the special Buitenring locations of GLASRIJK in 2026, including Landgoed De Huyer, Landgoed Singraven, Erve Wieschert, Havezate Herinckhave, Huis te Breckelenkamp, and Erve Volmerinck.
