After a fifteen-year career as a graphic designer in glass, Chris Rave found a new medium to shape his ideas.
The power of light, color, and form continued to fascinate him so much that he started his own studio in the center of Doesburg, where he works on both commissions and personal projects.

His graphic background is clearly recognizable in his glass art: clean lines, clear compositions, and a thoughtful use of color and light are central.
In doing so, he combines traditional glass fusing techniques with modern technology and self-developed methods, always in search of new possibilities within the material glass.
