Amidst all the glass art spectacle, music activities will take place on Saturday and Sunday at four different locations in Tubbergen.

The repertoire includes calm and upbeat songs, which provides a nice variety. The covers are by artists such as Anouk, Ilse de Lange, Robert Johnson, Eric Clapton, Rory Block, Lady Gaga, Tina Turner, Janis Joplin, Etta James, Doobie Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, CCR, Carole King, Ry Cooder, Eva Cassidy, Leonard Cohen, Elvis Presley, Rolling Stones, Eagles, Abba, James Taylor, Neil Young, and Bonnie Raitt, among others.

The duo Sylver & Ry regularly performs in theaters, music cafés, and at (garden) parties, art markets, terraces, business and cultural events, and also at care institutions.
In the Christmas period, the repertoire also includes well-known Christmas carols and Dutch Christmas songs, with which full Christmas shows are also held.

Sylver and Ry know each other from an earlier band of years ago. In 2024, they met again, and it was not in vain. This led to a spontaneous, enthusiastic musical collaboration. Sylver provides the vocals, and Ry accompanies on western and resonator guitar, blues harp, and vocals.Admission is free.

Culina Quartet

Four enthusiastic singers who have been singing together in a chamber choir for years!
Astrid Koopman sings soprano, Kristin Nijhuis sings alto, Jef Horsthuis sings tenor, and Dirk Slot sings bass. A few years ago, they started singing a cappella songs, after all four had sung solo during a concert with their chamber choir.
From the moment they sing together as a quartet, they practice at one of their homes, and that is always in the kitchen. That gave them the name: “Culina Quartet.”

They mainly sing songs from the 19th century.e are composed. Mostly German-language songs composed by Felix Mendelssohn en Johannes Brahms with texts from great poets such as Wolfgang von Goethe,  Josef von Eichendorff en Heinrich Heine.
In addition, they bring  a number of English-language songs, also largely from the 19eYeesh, with an occasional comical note.

We wish the audience a pleasant afternoon in the Pancratius Basilica, with the stained-glass windows of the Nicolas stained-glass dynasty in the background.
